Ingredients
2 pounds assorted fresh vegetables*
1 envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Onion Soup Mix**
1/3 cup BERTOLLI® Olive Oil
2 tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
4 (8-inch) pita breads, warmed
4 ounces crumbled Montrachet, shredded mozzarella, Jarlsberg, Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
*Use any combination of the following, sliced: red, green or yellow bell peppers; mushrooms; zucchini or eggplant.

1. In large bowl, combine vegetables and soup mix blended with oil, vinegar and basil until evenly coated.
2. Grill or broil vegetables until tender. To serve, cut 1-inch strip off each pita. Fill with vegetables and sprinkle with cheese. Garnish, if desired, with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
