1. Place figs in small saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 8 minutes or until figs are soft. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. Meanwhile, cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise. Wrap each fig with prosciutto strip; secure with toothpick. Arrange on serving plate.
3. Combine orange juice, honey, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and salt, if desired, in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook 2 minutes or until mixture is syrupy and reduced by half. Drizzle sauce over figs or serve on side for dipping.
