Golden Glazed Flank Steak


Ingredients
1 envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Onion Soup Mix*
1 jar (12 ounces) apricot or peach preserves
1/2 cup water
1 beef flank steak (about 2 pounds), cut into thin strips
2 medium green, red and/or yellow bell peppers, sliced
  Hot cooked rice
*Also terrific with LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Onion Mushroom Soup Mix.
   
1. In small bowl, combine soup mix, preserves and water; set aside.
2. On foil-lined grid or in broiler pan, without the rack, arrange steak and bell peppers; top with soup mixture.
3. Grill or broil, turning steak and vegetables once, until steak is done. Serve over hot rice.
