Grill or broil chicken 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning halfway through cooking time. Cover; set aside.
To prepare Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing, combine dressing ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; process until smooth. Set aside.
To serve, arrange salad greens on 4 dinner plates. Slice chicken diagonally and arrange over lettuce. Microwave French Fried Onions in microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 minute or until golden. Sprinkle over chicken and lettuce. Serve with Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing.
