Classic Chicken Biscuit Pie

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins, cut into 1-inch pieces
|
|

|
cups water
|
|

|
boxes UNCLE BEN'S® COUNTRY INN® Chicken Flavored Rice
|

|
bag (1 pound) frozen peas, potatoes and carrots
|
|
1
|
can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
|
|
1
|
container (12 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
1. Heat oven to 400°F. In large saucepan, combine chicken, water, rice, contents of seasoning packets, vegetable mixture and soup; mix well. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

2. Place in 13×9-inch baking pan; top with biscuits.
|
|
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Cook's Tip
For individual pot pies, place rice mixture in small ramekins or casseroles. Proceed with recipe as directed.
