Citrus Knots

Place a citrus knot on top of a lemon meringue, orange cream or key lime pie to give a hint of what's inside. Spoon orange or lemon sauce over individual servings of gingerbread and top with a citrus knot. Orange and chocolate are flavors that just naturally seem to go together. For an easy dessert, drizzle some chocolate sauce over peeled orange sections and garnish with an orange knot.
