Ingredients

bag SUCCESS® Rice
|
|
1
|
package (6 ounces) frozen crabmeat, thawed
|
|
1
|
cup sliced celery
|
|
3/4
|
cup chopped seeded tomato
|
|
1/2
|
cup chopped onion
|
|
1/4
|
cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
|
|
2
|
tablespoons cider vinegar
|
|
1
|
tablespoon olive oil
|
|
1
|
tablespoon hot pepper sauce
|
|
1
|
tablespoon Dijon mustard
|
|
1
|
clove garlic, minced
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon salt
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
|

Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool.
|
|
Place rice in large bowl. Add crabmeat, celery, tomato, onion and mayonnaise; mix lightly. Combine vinegar, oil, hot pepper sauce, mustard, garlic, salt and basil in jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Pour over rice mixture; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours. Garnish, if desired.
