Ingredients
8 pounds pork spareribs, cut into 2-rib portions
2/3 cup light molasses
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
   
Place ribs in large saucepan with enough water to cover; heat to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 45 minutes or until ribs are tender. Drain.
Meanwhile, combine molasses, balsamic vinegar, mustard and TABASCO® Sauce in medium bowl.
Preheat broiler. Place ribs on rack in broiling pan and brush with sauce. Broil ribs about 7 to 9 inches from heat source for 15 minutes or until heated through, turning occasionally and brushing often with sauce.
