Reduced Fat Double Layered Chocolate Pie


Ingredients
2 cups cold fat free milk
2 (4-serving size) packages chocolate flavor fat-free instant pudding & pie filling
1 Ready-Crust Pie Crust KEEBLER® READY CRUST® Reduced Fat Graham
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened*
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon fat free milk
1-1/2 cups frozen reduced-fat non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon grated or shaved semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
*Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
   
Preparation Time 15 minutes
Chilling Time 3 hours
1. In large bowl beat 2 cups milk and pudding mix with wire whisk for 2 minutes. Spread in crust.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining 1 tablespoon milk on medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread cream cheese mixture over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate, if desired.
3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set. Top with chocolate, if desired. Store in refrigerator.
