Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) fully cooked carved chicken breast*
1 cup cooked rice
2 jars (12 ounces each) salsa, divided
1 can (15 to 19 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
12 (8-inch) flour tortillas
*You can substitute 2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 35 minutes
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine chicken, rice, 1 cup salsa, beans, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and 1/2 cup cheese in large bowl. Spread about 1/2 cup mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up tortillas enclosing filling. Place seam-side down in greased 15×10-inch baking pan.
2. Pour remaining salsa on top of tortillas. Cover dish. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
3. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and 2/3 cup onions. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
