Ingredients

envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Vegetable Soup Mix
|
|
1
|
container (16 ounces) sour cream
|
|
1/2
|
cup seeded and diced cucumber
|
|
4
|
ounces feta or blue cheese, crumbled
|
|
2
|
tablespoons chopped red onion
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon dried oregano leaves (optional)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; chill at least 2 hours.
|
|
2. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, pita bread triangles, bread sticks or skewered cooked beef or chicken.

Recipe Tip
For a change of pace, replace your traditional dip bowl with vegetable cups. Simply hollow out a vegetable and fill with dip. Red, yellow or green bell peppers, artichokes, tomatoes, mushroom caps or winter squash are great choices. Let your imagination run wild!
