tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise

teaspoons Dijon mustard
|
|

tablespoons shredded Colby cheese
|

2

tablespoons shredded Monterey Jack cheese

|
1

(12-inch) piece aluminum foil
|
|
1
|
(10-inch) flour tortilla
|
|
1
|
cup shredded lettuce
|
|
2
|
tomato slices
|
|
3

ounces thinly sliced DELI TURKEY BREAST
|

slice TURKEY BACON, cooked according to package directions
|
|

slices avocado
|
|

tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
1. In small dish, combine mayonnaise and mustard. In another, combine cheeses.
|
|
2. Place flour tortilla on piece of foil; spread mayonnaise mixture over tortilla.
|
|
3. Scatter lettuce over mixture, topping with tomato slices.
|
|
4. Top with turkey slices, turkey bacon and avocado, then with grated cheeses and alfalfa sprouts.
|
|
5. Using foil to help, roll up tortilla, wrapping completely in foil. Refrigerate, if desired for about 2 hours. Unpeel foil as you eat wrap.
