Mushroom-Laced Fettuccine

tablespoons I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!® Spread

|
pound assorted fresh mushrooms*
|
|

|
envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix**
|
|
1-1/2
|
cups milk
|
|
8
|
ounces fettuccine or linguine, cooked and drained
|
|
*Use any of the following, sliced: portobello, crimini, shiitake, white, morels, porcini or enoki mushrooms.
|

In 10-inch skillet, melt apread over medium heat and cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until tender. Add savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with milk. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Toss with hot fettuccine. Serve immediately.
