Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
1 can (15 ounces) VEG•ALL® Original Mixed Vegetables, drained
1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 cup processed American cheese, cut into cubes
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  Tortilla chips
   
Preheat oven to 400°F. In 2-quart baking dish, combine ingredients. Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Stir to combine. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
