Chocolate Peaches & Cream Pie


Ingredients
  Chocolate syrup
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 Ready-Crust Pie Crust KEEBLER® READY CRUST® Shortbread
1 quart peach or vanilla ice cream, softened
12 fresh or canned peach slices, drained
1/4 cup pecan halves, toasted*
  Additional chocolate syrup for garnish
*To toast pecans, spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring once or twice.
   
Preparation Time 10 minutes
Freezing Time 3 hours
1. Spread 1/2 cup chocolate syrup in crust. Spoon ice cream on top of syrup. Freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.
2. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before cutting. Top with peach slices and pecan halves. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
