Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
2-1/2 to 3-pound broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Barbecue Sauce
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup GRANDMA'S® Molasses
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon hickory flavor liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
   
In 12×8-inch (2-quart) microwave-safe baking dish, arrange chicken pieces with thickest portions to outside. In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients, set aside.
Prepare barbecue grill. Cover chicken with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 10 minutes. Immediately place chicken on grill over medium heat. Brush with sauce. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once and brushing frequently with sauce.
 
Note   This Barbecue Sauce is equally delicious on ribs.
