Turkey Tacos
Makes 5 servings
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons minced dried onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
10 taco shells
1 to 2 tomatoes, chopped
2 to 3 cups shredded lettuce
2/3 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
   
In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, combine turkey, onion and seasonings; cook 7 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Spoon mixture evenly into taco shells and top with tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
