frozen pound cake (10-3/4 ounces), thawed

tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice

cup orange marmalade
Sweetened whipped cream and mint leaves (optional)
1. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with electric mixer at low speed 2 minutes; set aside. Combine strawberries, raspberries and blueberries in medium bowl; set aside.
2. Slice cake into 12 slices, each about 1/2-inch wide. Brush one side of each piece with liqueur; spread marmalade over liqueur.
3. Cut cake slices in half lengthwise. Place 4 pieces of cake each against side of 6 martini or parfait glasses with marmalade side toward center of glass.
4. Place 1/4 cup berries in bottom of each glass; top each with heaping 1/3 cup pudding mix and then 1/4 cup berries. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and mint leaves, if desired.
