Mini Cocktail Meatballs
Makes about 4 dozen meatballs
Ingredients
1 envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Onion, Onion Mushroom or Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup dry red wine or water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
   
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 1-inch meatballs.
3. In shallow baking pan, arrange meatballs and bake 18 minutes or until done. Serve, if desired, with assorted mustards or tomato sauce.
