cup (3 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Brown ground beef in medium skillet. Drain. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic and thyme; cook until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
3. Bring butter and water to a boil in heavy medium saucepan. Add flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt, all at once. Beat with wooden spoon until mixture is smooth and forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Thinly spread dough onto bottom and up sides of greased 10-inch round baking dish; fill with ground beef mixture.
5. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese; continue baking 5 minutes. Serve hot.
