Fried Orange Shrimp

Ingredients

cup all-purpose flour

cup Florida orange juice
|
|

Florida egg, beaten
|

1/2

teaspoon salt
|
|

Oil for deep frying

1-1/2

pounds raw Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
|

|
Combine flour, orange juice, egg and salt; mix well. Heat oil in large skillet to 350°F. Dip shrimp into batter to coat, then place in oil to fry. Cook shrimp about 1 minute or until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
