Lime Vinaigrette
Makes about 3/4 cup
Ingredients
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
3 tablespoons plain lowfat yogurt
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
   
In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Shake before serving. Serve with seafood or chicken salads.
