Spicy Ham & Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

16-ounce package corkscrew pasta
|
|

tablespoons olive oil
|
|

large red pepper, cut into julienne strips
|
|
1
|
small red onion, diced
|
|
1
|
large clove garlic, crushed
|
|

ounces cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
|

|
cup ricotta cheese
|
|

tablespoons chopped parsley
|
|

teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
|

teaspoon salt

|
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat; cook red pepper, onion and garlic until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Add ham cubes; cook 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.

Toss cooked pasta with ham mixture, ricotta cheese, parsley, TABASCO® Sauce and salt in large bowl; mix well.
