Sausage Cheese Puffs
Makes about 60 appetizers

Ingredients

pound BOB EVANS® Original Recipe Roll Sausage

2-1/2
|
cups (10 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
|
|
2
|
cups biscuit mix
|
|
1/2
|
cup water
|
|
1
|
teaspoon baking powder
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ingredients in large bowl until blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
