Ingredients
2 extra-ripe medium DOLE® Bananas, cut into chunks
2 cups granola
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chocolate chips
   
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. In food processor or blender, process bananas until puréed (1 cup).
Combine granola, flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in large bowl. Beat in puréed bananas, eggs, margarine and oil. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Spread dough into 2-1/2- to 3-inch circles. Bake about 16 minutes or until golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.
