• Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. In food processor or blender, process bananas until puréed (1 cup).
• Combine granola, flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in large bowl. Beat in puréed bananas, eggs, margarine and oil. Stir in chocolate chips.
• Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Spread dough into 2-1/2- to 3-inch circles. Bake about 16 minutes or until golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.
