*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin; wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch eyes. Wash hands after handling.
In large saucepan coated with cooking spray, sauté garlic over medium heat 1 minute. Add bell peppers, green onions, chilies, jalapeños, oregano and cumin; sauté 5 minutes. Stir in beans and broth. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in SPAM®. Simmer 2 minutes.
