Classic California Burgers
Makes 4 servings

Classic California Burger


Ingredients
2 tablespoons French's® Honey Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons French's® Worcestershire Sauce
1-1/3 cups French's® Cheddar or Original French Fried Onions, divided
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 hamburger rolls, split and toasted
1/2 small avocado, sliced
1/2 cup sprouts
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
1. Combine mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream; set aside.
2. Combine beef, Worcestershire, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and seasonings. Form into 4 patties. Grill over high heat until juices run clear (160°F internal temperature).
3. Place burgers on rolls. Top each with mustard sauce, avocado slices, sprouts and remaining onions, dividing evenly. Cover with top half of rolls.
 
BBQ Cheese Burgers   Top each burger with 1 slice American cheese, 1 tablespoon CATTLEMEN'S® Authentic Smoke House Barbecue Sauce and 2 tablespoons French Fried Onions.
 
Pizza Burgers   Top each burger with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and French Fried Onions.
