Sausage Spaghetti
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1 pound BOB EVANS® Original Recipe or Italian Roll Sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 (32-ounce) can whole tomatoes (regular or Italian-style), undrained
1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning, or to taste
1 pound spaghetti, cooked according to package directions and drained
  Grated Parmesan cheese
   
Crumble sausage into large skillet. Add onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat until sausage is browned, stirring occasionally. Drain off any drippings. Stir in tomato paste; cook 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese, stirring well to break up tomatoes. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasonings, if desired. Pour over hot spaghetti. Serve with cheese. Refrigerate leftovers.
 
Serving Suggestion   Serve the sauce hot over any type of pasta.
