1. Layer 2 slices bacon, 2 slices cheese and sliced tomato on each of 2 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices. Brush sandwiches with butter.
2. Place large grill pan or skillet over medium heat until hot. Add sandwiches; press lightly with spatula or weigh down with small plate. Cook sandwiches 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cheese melts and sandwiches are golden brown.
