1. Combine Mauna La'i Paradise Passion Juice Drink and sugar in medium saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over juice drink and let sit 1 to 2 minutes to soften. Cook on low heat until gelatin and sugar dissolve, stirring occasionally. Pour into 9×9-inch pan and freeze until just firm.
2. Remove from freezer and cut into small pieces. Place frozen pieces in food processor. Process until light and creamy. Return to pan. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve, scrape off thin layers with spoon.
