Composed Fruit Salad with Chicken


Ingredients
2 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, sliced
1 can (8 ounces) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
1/2 DOLE® Papaya, peeled, seeded, sliced
2 small clusters seedless red grapes
2 tablespoons bottled poppy seed dressing
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon minced cilantro
   
Prep time 15 minutes
Arrange chicken and fruit on plate.
Combine salad dressing, lime juice and cilantro. Spoon dressing over chicken and fruit.
