2. While Rice-A-Roni® is simmering, combine garlic cloves and oil in second large skillet. Cover; cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
3. Combine seasonings; sprinkle over chicken.
4. Push garlic to edge of skillet. Add chicken; cook about 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove garlic with slotted spoon. Squeeze softened garlic over chicken; discard garlic peels.
5. Stir tomato into rice. Serve rice topped with chicken, juices and lemon wedges.
