Potato Chips
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
4 medium DOLE® Russet Potatoes (6 ounces each), sliced very thin (1/16 inch thick)
  Olive oil flavored or vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
   
Prep Time 20 minutes
Bake Time 20 minutes
Arrange potato slices on large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Do not overlap. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper. Bake at 450°F 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly golden brown and crispy.
 
Tip   Delicious served with sour cream and salsa or catsup.
