Grilled Ham Steaks with Apricot Glaze

Grilled Ham Steaks with Apricot Glaze


Ingredients
1 pound boneless fully cooked ham, cut into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) slices
1/4 cup apricot jam
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
   
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 8 to 10 minutes
Prepare grill. Combine jam, mustard and vinegar in small bowl; blend well. Grill ham slices over hot coals 8 to 10 minutes or until nicely browned, brushing with apricot sauce occasionally and turning once. Serve immediately.
