Liberty's Torches

Ingredients
1 package (about 18 ounces) cake mix, any flavor, plus ingredients to prepare mix
26 flat-bottomed ice cream cones
26 red, yellow and orange chewy fruit roll-ups
  Yellow food coloring
1 container (16 ounces) white frosting

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stand 24 ice cream cones in 13×9-inch pan and remaining 2 cones in muffin cups or small loaf pan. (Or, place all cones in muffin cups.)
2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Fill each cone with 2-1/2 tablespoons batter. Bake 30 minutes or until cake tops spring back when lightly touched and toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Remove cones to wire rack; cool completely.
3. Blend food coloring into frosting, a few drops at a time, until desired shade of yellow is reached. Frost cupcakes. Cut pointy flames from fruit snacks using kitchen scissors or sharp knife. Fold or roll flames to stand upright; arrange on cupcakes before frosting sets.
