Shrimp Creole Pronto


Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chopped, peeled tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 pound fresh or frozen and thawed uncooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
1/2 cup HOLLAND HOUSE® Marsala Cooking Wine
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
4 cups hot cooked rice or 1 (10-ounce) package of egg noodles, cooked, drained
   
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients except rice; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over hot cooked rice.
