Alouette® Baked Salmon
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
5 tablespoons butter, divided
1-1/2 pounds salmon steaks
15 frozen artichoke hearts, cooked, halved
  Juice of 1 large lemon
  Salt and pepper
1 (4-ounce) package ALOUETTE® Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
   
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease casserole dish with 1 tablespoon butter. Arrange salmon steaks and artichoke hearts in dish; sprinkle with lemon juice. Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter; pour over salmon and artichokes. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread Alouette® generously over salmon and artichokes; sprinkle with basil. Bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork and cheese is melted.
