Main-Dish Mediterranean Salad


Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) ready-to-use chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 pound fresh green beans, cooked, drained, or 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) whole green beans, drained
1 pouch (5-1/2 ounces) solid white tuna, flaked
1/2 pound cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar or white vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
   
1. Place lettuce, green beans, tuna and tomatoes in large bowl.
2. To make dressing, whisk oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper in small bowl until blended. Pour dressing over salad; toss well. Serve immediately.
