Broccoli with Tangerine Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

1/2
|
cup chopped onion
|
|
2
|
teaspoons chopped crystallized ginger
|
|
1
|
teaspoon margarine
|
|
1
|
carton (8 ounces) low-fat lemon yogurt
|
|
|
Grated peel of 1 fresh SUNKIST® tangerine
|
|
2
|
SUNKIST® tangerines, peeled, segmented and seeded
|
|
1-1/2
|
pounds broccoli, trimmed or 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
|
|
|

|
|
In small nonstick skillet over low heat, cook and stir onion and ginger in margarine until onion is very tender. Stir in yogurt, tangerine peel and segments. Cook and stir over low heat until heated through. Do not boil. Serve sauce over hot cooked broccoli. Garnish with additional grated tangerine peel, if desired.
