This warm, sweet, cinnamon-flavored squash is irresistible.

Ingredients

2
|
boxes (10 ounces each) BIRDS EYE® frozen Cooked Winter Squash, thawed
|
|
2
|
egg whites, lightly beaten
|
|
1/4
|
cup brown sugar
|
|
2
|
teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
|
|
1
|
teaspoon ground cinnamon
|
|
1/2
|
cup herbed croutons, coarsely crushed
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

• Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine squash, egg whites, sugar, butter and cinnamon; mix well.
|
|
• Pour into 1-quart baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
|
|
• Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until center is set.
|
|
• Remove from oven; sprinkle crushed croutons on top. Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until croutons are browned.
