Tuna Noodle Casserole


Ingredients
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
3 cups hot cooked rotini pasta (2 cups uncooked)
1 can (12-1/2 ounces) tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar or grated Parmesan cheese
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 11 minutes
Microwave Directions
Combine soup and milk in 2-quart microwavable shallow casserole. Stir in pasta, tuna, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, vegetables and cheese. Cover; microwave on HIGH 10 minutes* or until heated through, stirring halfway through cooking time. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Microwave 1 minute or until onions are golden.
*Or bake, covered, in 350°F oven 25 to 30 minutes.
 
Tip   Garnish with chopped pimiento and parsley sprigs, if desired.
