package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained

cups (10 ounces) cubed cooked turkey or chicken
*3 cups leftover stuffing can be substituted for stuffing mix. If stuffing is dry, stir in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until moist but not wet.
Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium saucepan, prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; stir in 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Spread stuffing over bottom of greased 9-inch round baking dish. Arrange broccoli spears over stuffing with flowerets around edge of dish. In medium saucepan, prepare cheese sauce mix according to package directions using 1-1/4 cups milk. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and turkey. Pour turkey mixture over broccoli stalks. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle remaining 2/3 cup onions over turkey; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
Microwave Directions
In 9-inch round microwave-safe dish, prepare stuffing mix according to package microwave directions; stir in 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Arrange stuffing and broccoli spears in dish as above; set aside. In medium microwave-safe bowl, prepare cheese sauce mix according to package microwave directions using 1-1/4 cups milk. Add turkey and microwave, covered, on HIGH 5 to 6 minutes, stirring turkey halfway through cooking time. Stir in sour cream. Pour turkey mixture over broccoli stalks. Microwave, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through. Rotate dish halfway through cooking time. Top turkey with remaining 2/3 cup onions; microwave, uncovered, 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes.
