Slow Cooker Directions
1. Place roast on bottom of slow cooker. Combine broth, 1/3 cup each Worcestershire and Frank's RedHot Sauce. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on high-heat setting 5 hours* or until roast is tender.
2. Meanwhile, combine ingredients for sauce in large bowl; set aside.
3. Transfer roast to large cutting board. Discard liquid. Coarsely chop roast. Stir into reserved sauce. Spoon pork mixture on large rolls. Serve with deli potato salad, if desired.
*Or cook 10 hours on low-heat setting.
Tip
Make additional sauce and serve on the side. Great also with barbecued ribs and chops!
