SPAM® and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

(12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cubed
|
|

cups cooked white rice
|
|
1/2
|
cup chopped water chestnuts
|
|
1/2
|
cup sliced celery
|
|
1/4
|
cup sliced green onions
|
|
1/4
|
teaspoon black pepper
|
|
1

(10-3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
|
|
1/3
|
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
|
|
|

|
Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine SPAM®, rice, water chestnuts, celery, green onions and pepper. In small bowl, combine soup and mayonnaise; mix with SPAM™ mixture. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart casserole. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
