Hot Antipasto Sub


Ingredients
1/3 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
4 (6-inch) crusty Italian-style rolls, sliced lengthwise in half
1 jar (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped pitted cured olives
1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers, drained
3/4 pound sliced deli meats and cheese such as salami, spiced ham and provolone cheese
1 cup arugula or spinach leaves, washed
   
Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine mustard, mayonnaise and oregano. Spread evenly on both sides of rolls.
2. Layer remaining ingredients on bottom of rolls, dividing evenly. Cover with top half, pressing firmly.
3. Wrap sandwiches in foil. Bake 10 minutes or until hot and cheese melts slightly.
