Hawaiian Turkey Melts

Ingredients

cup French's® Honey Mustard
|
|
1
|
tablespoon red wine vinegar
|
|
4
|
kaiser rolls, split in half
|
|
3/4
|
pound sliced deli turkey
|
|
4
|
slices canned pineapple
|
|
4
|
thin slices red onion
|
|
1

small California avocado, thinly sliced
|

slices muenster cheese
|
|

Lettuce leaves

Prep and Cook Time

|
1. Combine mustard, vinegar and 1 tablespoon oil in small bowl. Remove excess bread from rolls. Spread mustard mixture on bottom of rolls, dividing evenly.

2. Layer turkey, pineapple, onion, avocado and cheese on top. Place under broiler 20 seconds or until cheese melts. Cover with lettuce and top halves of rolls. Cut in half to serve.
