Speedy Mac & Cheese
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
4 cups hot cooked medium shell macaroni (3 cups uncooked)
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 11 minutes
Combine soup and milk in 2-quart microwavable casserole. Stir in macaroni, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and cheese. Cover; microwave on HIGH 10 minutes* or until heated through, stirring halfway through cooking time. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Microwave 1 minute or until onions are golden.
*Or, bake, covered, in 350°F oven 25 to 30 minutes.
