Caribbean Pork Chops
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 tablespoon TABASCO® brand Green Pepper Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1 pound boneless pork loin chops, 1/2-inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup water

Combine TABASCO® Green Pepper Sauce, salt, garlic powder, cumin, thyme and allspice in small bowl until well blended. Spread mixture on both sides of pork chops.
Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops; cook until well browned on all sides. Add water to skillet; heat to boiling over high heat, stirring to loosen brown bits from bottom of skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
