Mexicali Dip
Ingredients
1
package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1
can (12 ounce) refried beans
1
can (15 ounce) VEG•ALL® Mixed Vegetables, drained
1
cup chunky salsa
1/2
cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4
cup sliced black olives
Tortilla chips
1.
In 9×9-inch square pan, spread cream cheese.
2.
Continue to add a layer of beans, a layer of Veg•All, a layer of salsa, a layer of cheese, and top with olives.
3.
Bake in preheated 325°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
4.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
