Citrus Punch
Makes 8 to 10 servings (about 5 cups)

Ingredients

oranges, sectioned
|

pint strawberries, stemmed and halved
|
|
1

to 2 limes, cut into 1/8-inch slices
|
|
1
|
lemon, cut into 1/8-inch slices
|
|
1
|
cup raspberries
|
|

cups orange juice
|
|
2

cups grapefruit juice
|
|

cup lime juice
|
|
1/2
|
cup light corn syrup
|
|
1

bottle (750 mL) ginger ale, white grape juice, Asti Spumante or sparkling wine
|

Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

1. Spread orange sections, strawberries, lime slices, lemon slices and raspberries on baking sheet. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.

2. Combine juices and corn syrup in 2-quart pitcher. Stir until corn syrup dissolves. Refrigerate 2 hours or until cold. Stir in ginger ale just before serving.

3. Divide frozen fruit between 8 (12-ounce) glasses or 10 wide-rimmed wine glasses. Fill glasses with punch. Garnish with mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
