Citrus Punch
Makes 8 to 10 servings (about 5 cups)
Ingredients
4 oranges, sectioned
1 pint strawberries, stemmed and halved
1 to 2 limes, cut into 1/8-inch slices
1 lemon, cut into 1/8-inch slices
1 cup raspberries
2 cups orange juice
2 cups grapefruit juice
3/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 bottle (750 mL) ginger ale, white grape juice, Asti Spumante or sparkling wine
  Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
   
1. Spread orange sections, strawberries, lime slices, lemon slices and raspberries on baking sheet. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
2. Combine juices and corn syrup in 2-quart pitcher. Stir until corn syrup dissolves. Refrigerate 2 hours or until cold. Stir in ginger ale just before serving.
3. Divide frozen fruit between 8 (12-ounce) glasses or 10 wide-rimmed wine glasses. Fill glasses with punch. Garnish with mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
